The recipe for the unique Tender Biscotti has been in my family for over fifty years. I obtained the recipe from my Grandma Liberata and I still bake them one batch at a time; they are all cut by hand and no two are alike.

Other Tutto Bene products include mother Nina's Wine Pretzels ; made with white wine, great munchies anytime (perfect served as palate cleansers during wine tastings). Mom's most scrumptious contribution is Lemon Cream Tea Cake: crusty on the outside and tender on the inside, with a hint of lemon, Papa Domenico calls them "the friend makers"-- everyone who tastes them becomes a friend!

Other Tutto Bene confections came from grandmother Ersilia Mancini. Mamma Ersilia was our "experimental" baker--she constantly challenged culinary rules to create exciting new taste treats. Promise, you will love the results!
